    Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by 3:30 PM PT will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

    All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Next Day Air. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are subject to UPS shipping conditions.

    ⚠️Important: If your order includes any TargetCool products, your entire order will be shipped via Ground, even if other items in your cart are eligible for Next Day Air. TargetCool products are not eligible for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

    💡Tip: If you need Next Day Air–eligible items shipped quickly, we recommend placing a separate order from your TargetCool products.

     

    Special Shipping Conditions

    • Orders with subtotal over $2,000 receive free shipping (Ground or Next Day Air, depending on product eligibility).
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
    • First-time orders for new customers can receive free shipping by using the promo code FREESHIPPING at checkout (Ground or Next Day Air, depending on product eligibility).

    Shipping Delays

    While we aim to fulfill all orders promptly, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include:

      • Office closure due to inclement weather
      • Weather-related disruptions along the shipping route (as determined by UPS)
      • Products temporarily on backorder
      • Internal communication errors by our third-party logistics carrier
