Policy for Hans USA Products

MINT Lift®, MINT Microcannula, klárdie, and EZ-Tcon

• Returns must be received within the specified timeframe for your product to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition and are subject to inspection by Hans Biomed USA.
• Returns and exchanges are not guaranteed until the product has been received, inspected, and approved.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Hans Biomed USA is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Products purchased during promotions or special events are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please report it to orders@hansbiomed.us within 90 days of purchase. We’ll assist with a resolution as quickly as possible.
• To help us process your request quickly, please include:
  • Your order number
  • The product(s) in question
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Any relevant photos or documentation

Policy for TargetCool Products

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return TargetCool Products for a full refund if the order is returned within 7 business days from the date of order delivery.
• All returned items must be completely sealed, unused, and in mint condition.
• Refund, exchange, or product credit will not be honored for returns received after the specified timeframe.
• Returns and exchanges are not guaranteed until the receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned products.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Products purchased during special promotions or events are final sale.

Technical Support

Recens will provide onboarding training (either on-site or virtual) at no additional cost to customers who purchase TargetCool Products through Hans USA. This training includes instructions on proper use and handling. All sales and repurchasing will be managed by Hans USA.

Technical support is available from Recens, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT during the remainder of the warranty period. Support may be denied if warranty conditions are violated, including use of non-approved consumables, failure to follow the user manual or training, or improper storage. Minor CO₂ leakage during use, assembly, or disassembly—particularly if cartridges are left installed or exposed to temperatures exceeding 90°F—is expected and not considered a defect.

Warranty

TargetCool Products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the purchase date. The warranty covers repairs and replacement of products, but not returns.

The Customer may submit a warranty claim for TargetCool Products that do not conform to the limited warranty granted to the Customer in accordance with section Misc Warranty and Limited Liability Matters in the Additional TargetCool Terms & Conditions. The Customer must request a return authorization for the TargetCool Products in writing by email to returns@coolhealth.com with a description of the issue and the serial number(s) of the TargetCool Products.

Recens’s reasonable determination as to whether the TargetCool Products are defective or non-conforming shall be binding. If Recens confirms the product is defective, the TargetCool Products must be returned prepaid and insured by the Customer. The Customer assumes all risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Upon proper return of a defective or non-conforming TargetCool Product, Recens will reimburse the Customer for reasonable transportation costs. However, if the return is deemed improper or the product is found not to be defective, the Customer will be responsible for all associated shipping charges. Recens and Hans USA are not liable for lost or damaged return/exchange shipments.

Refund Timeline

• Cancelled Orders: Refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation. However, depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
• Returned Orders: Partial or full refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved by our team. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
